The right individual desires growing a sales territory by offering precision farming, finance, custom application, seed, plant protection products, and plant food to improve profitable yields for customers, while taking advantage of continuing education opportunities in agronomy, leadership and business.
Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhance the producer's business and increase profitable salesUtilize risk management strategies with current and future accountsGrow personal knowledge of agronomy and business to improve problem solving skillsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of three (3) years experience in agriculture (prefer job-related work experience)Strong basic understanding of agronomy technical knowledgeDemonstrates strong communication/persuasive/business skillsStrong work ethic with the ability/experience to balance work and life issuesProven self-starter with the ability to form fast and strong business relationshipsOn the job learning and teamworkPreferred
